Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us directly — name, phone number, email address, postcode and anything you write in an enquiry form or email.
- Project information needed to quote and carry out work, including your address, room measurements and photographs of your property.
- Basic technical data collected by the website, such as pages visited, if analytics are enabled.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a design visit.
- To prepare drawings, quotes and, if you go ahead, to carry out and guarantee the work.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
The lawful bases relied on are your consent (for enquiries), performance of a contract (for work carried out) and legal obligation (for records we must keep).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to marketing companies. Information is shared only where necessary to do the job — for example with a worktop templater, plumber or electrician working on your project, or with our accountant. Each is expected to handle it appropriately.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within two years. Records for completed work are kept for at least seven years to satisfy accounting requirements and to honour the two-year guarantee.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ollieshandmadekitchen.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page and may set cookies from Google when it loads. If analytics is added in future, this section will be updated and a consent banner shown.
Photographs of your kitchen
We often ask to photograph finished work. This only ever happens with your explicit permission, and images are never published with your name or full address unless you agree to it separately.
